
Liezl C. Sadava, born on July 2, 1983, the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Reynaldo Sadava appointed her as a Human Resource Manager of their own family business, named Drejfyl Agri Technologies.
Ms. Liezl shares the history of their business; Drejfyl Agri Technologies was formerly D'S Agricultural Supply in Sto. NiƱo, South Cotabato. In 1981 with the Masagana Program of the Department of Agriculture became dealer of fertilizer and chemicals, 6 months later the owner opened another business as D'S Buy and Sell of Cereals. The business boosts and competes for 15 years, owned and controlled by an Agriculturist, Reynaldo P. Sadava and Dioleta C. Sadava and due to rapid competition, Mr. Sadava shift into the manufacturing industry by inventing a Foliar Fertilizer with rigorous abd expensive trials in completion with the technicalities and restricted policies of FPA. The company is an environmentally concerned company that specializes in organically based fertilizer. To be competitive in the fertilizer industry, they launch their new product line -- The GOLDEN GRAINS ORGANIC FERTILIZER it is located now at Bunawan, Davao City Philippines, Davao City. Golden Grains Fertilizer is manufactured and distributed by Drejfyl Agri Technologies which has now 6 product lines including: Liquid Fertilizer, Organic Fertilizer, PhosCal, Calcic Lime, Dolomite and Gypsum.
Their mission is to be the HIGHEST sales achiever.
Their vision is we are the leading Organic Producer committed to provide FARMERS nationwide with highest quality products at competitive price. We guarantee dependable towards the enhancement of sustainable production of the Filipino nation.
Each of their departments has their own goal in accordance with all departments.
Now they envisioned their products to market globally and making a new quality of their organic fertilizer. They distinguished their competitors but instead of competing with them they prefer to have the benefit of identifying a portion and get pleasure from the large marketplace.

About finding more employees, they still need more skilled individual to fill in with their organization but what is really important in choosing their employee, is the ATTITUDE. Identifying of one’s ability will effectively fit the structure.

Ms. Liezl’s view while working in her department is Exciting! She told me that it is in a process from managing her people. Work with her people.
She has a busy day every day, dealing to other people with Sweet and sour attributes but it all depends on how we wanted things get done. “Life is really a problem solving. I choose to enjoy solving the problem and end my day happy.”
